| This project is for Silver Spring Resorts Pvt.
Ltd, for their Radisson White Sands Resort, Varca, Goa,
including the design and fabrication of rockery and rock waterfalls.

| Polytechnic International fabricated 17,000
square feet of rockwork and rock waterfalls in the reception,
pool area, internal courtyard and external courtyard. |

| Scope of work:
SGI conceptually designed the rock work and rock waterfalls,
the cascade effects, water flows, plumbing, drainage and lighting
designs for these areas, in conjunction with the respective
consultants from the clients side. |

| In co-ordination with an architect Mr. Naren
Kuwadekar from Naren Kuwadekar Associates, Polytechnic
International, through the Sanderson
Group (India) Pvt. Ltd., successfully completed the project
within 2 ½ months, which had an estimated time about
4 months for the completion of the project. The client was
fully satisfied with the job of Polytechnic International
as the themed rock features have attracted many queries on
whether the rockwork is natural and how the Hotel managed
to get a monolithic rock right in the center of the swimming
pool area. |
