| This is project was unique in nature and was the first themed farm house in India. The concept was developed showing rockery outcrops designed so as to make it look like the structure has grown out the rocks. |

| The concept was extended from the façade of the building, into the basement and culminated into a giant rock waterfall which overlooked the basement and bound the entire space together to make it look like a big rock formation from which the building has been etched out. |

| Polytechnic International then designed, developed and fabricated more than 22,000 square feet of artificial rock work for ths project. |
