resort complex features a beautiful hotel and restaurant area
catering for a variety of tastes |

| The hotel features one of the Gold Coast's most extensive wine cellars. The Polytechnic International team of designers and construction crew transformed the two levels of this outlet with the use of both faux rockwork and natural timbers. The entire lower section resembles an underground cavern with strategically placed display cabinets and special lighting effects. The relaxing sounds of the waterfall add to the ambience of the area. |
