| Completed in 2002 this luxury high-rise residential
resort complex features a beautiful hotel and restaurant area
catering for a variety of tastes. |

| Being in a waterfront location, Polytechnic International transformed "Kokonut Willy's", an otherwise standard eating area, into a Calypso style dining experience, complete with themed bars displaying a range of antique nautical items, faux palm trees and a mixture of sand and stone flooring. |
