| The features in this project provided by Polytechnic International are as follows: |
- Artificial rockwork to level 5 podium deck swimming pool
- ™ mouldings and feature panels throughout the project, mainly in and around the pool on level 5
- Feature moulds to collonade walkways
- Soffit moulds, window and door surrounds
- Column surrounds and pier cappings to bbq buildings, shelters and amenity buildings
- Polytechnic International also supplied and installed a large feature art panel in conjunction with "Urban Art Design".
