Polytechnic International (Australia) Pty Ltd have created the SantecTM™ Architectural range of products by sealing the surface of high density fire retardant expanded polystyrene with a structural polyurethane. This rigid polyurethane coating gives the finished product its heavy duty durability, as it has been designed to produce greater flexibility and toughness than glass fibre reinforced polyester resin.
 
SantecTM™'s Queensland based research and development program has created products of long lasting polyurethane that offers the realism of wood - plaster - or concrete - without the disadvantages.
 
SantecTM™Architectural mouldings and building systems developed in Australia are being used extensively around the world. From the Indonesian Stock Exchange Building in Jakarta, the main streets of 'Warner Bros Movie World' - Germany and the Dalrymple Shire Council - Charters Towers, to residential developments in South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland, these systems stand up to adverse weather conditions ranging from -22 degrees C to +45 degrees C.

SantecTM™ Architectural mouldings systems contain no flammable solvents and are totally free of Ozone depleting materials (C.F.C's.).
 
SantecTM™ Architectural profiles and detail mouldings are computer cut on our premises, allowing intricate quality control.
